No matter what Rudd says, the Carbon Tax is still with us at $24 pt for another year. Then for it to change to an ETS the legislation needs to get through parliament.....which the Greens wont support. If it does pass and we go to an ETS in 2015 the price could be $6 pt or maybe $4 ........or maybe $40 pt, shock horror, who knows its market based and linked to Europe. If its low the Gov budget has a massive black hole to fill, if its high then watch whats left of Australian manufacturing disappear and your cost of living, power bills etc. sky rocket. The only definite way to get rid of the Carbon Tax is to vote Liberal....fact.
