No more cigarettes or energy drinks for me come April 1st. No, its not some April fools joke, Im really doing this. I felt it would easier for me to actually accomplish if I gave myself a date to be done with it by. Ive cut other things out of my life that werent beneficial to my health, both mentally and physically so why should this be any different. Im tired of smelling like an ash tray and feeling self conscious when I walk into a room after smoking. And at this point energy drinks dont even do anything for me so Im just waisting money and polluting my body with ingredients I cant even pronounce. Just thinking about all the money Ive spent on cigarettes in the past 14 years makes me sick.. This post is to make it official. Any advice from those that have quit is greatly appreciated. And so it shall be done!!
