Who ever buys a ticket off somebody else needs to contact us directly to provide us with the below information: the name of the person you bought the tickets off the pulse reference number + amount of tickets purchased and most importantly: your email address so we can send you the event information. As this is a secret warehouse location, only ticket purchasers will be told the address via email on the evening of the event.
