No need to get into a pissing contest on the side if the road with an armed officer who believes he is superior or was born with some inherent authority over you. Just smile, be polite, and avoid conflict, then deal with the prosecutor. If the officer really over steps his bounds, and you feel the need to teach your brother what responsible and honorable behavior looks like, then perfect your claim and hold them accountable. Easily done, but just keep in mind, was the injury you sustained really worth taking someone elses livelihood away? Are there better ways to instruct? We dont want to create enemies and further divide us. The us against them mentality has already caused so much pain and suffering. I dont believe its us against them, there really isnt an us. The American people are so divided its ridiculous. I just feel any one with that much power should be held accountable and LEOs are the first and realistic step.
