No new signatures for 6 days. How does anyone expect change to happen or to get the support of people voted in at elections if they get the very clear message that we dont care that much. Blacktown is a city with 312,500 people and growing. Councillors will continue to allow the killing of the pets impounded by their facility if there is no chance it will affect their elections one way or the other - it becomes a non issue if not enough people seem to care - worse it cements their view that they have full community support for killing, if even their own community sees it as a non issue. If you care about family pets being routinely killed for space and financial convenience - take a minute - please sign. But then importantly share this. Enough people need to actively demonstrate they care for this to have any affect at all. If not, the killing continues unabated- at all levels, in all communities across Australia. Take a stand.
