No news is good news on the ALL frontier! Following a scheduled lumbar puncture (the last for a while) we were waved off from our appointment last Tuesday with a see you in 2 weeks again, which was great! Maxs bloods have remained stable, which means slightly lower than a normal persons. But this is part and parcel of keeping the leukaemia away - apparently, being slightly immuno-suppressed can help to stop the leukaemic cells forming. In fact, the consultant told us that if his bloods become too good then theyd have to up his chemo to bring them back down! But in terms of general spirits, it is lovely to have our little boy back! With the exception of last Tuesday (hospital) he hasnt missed a single nursery session and is absolutely loving it :-)
