No, no, no. I am seeing more and more churches doing things like this and it is totally wrong. The way to bring people to church is not by commercialism but by being like Christ. Bringing commercialism into the church is being like the rest of the world. Romans 12:2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. Matthew 21:12 Then Jesus went into the temple of God and drove out all those who bought and sold in the temple, and overturned the tables of the money changers and the seats of those who sold doves. 13 And He said to them, “It is written, ‘My house shall be called a house of prayer, but you have made it a ‘den of thieves.’”
