No officially granting residence permit for a fixed period. The IND provides at least not officially permit in the following situations: • the alien that is traveling with a provisional residence permit which has expired, (not valid MVV); • the duration of the MVV has expired at the time the alien reports to the IND; • the MVV will be withdrawn; • the MVV will be canceled at the border by the Kmar, or • if the foreigner wants to stay in the Netherlands for a purpose other than the purpose for which the provisional residence permit will be issued. Upon withdrawal of the MVV while the alien residing abroad, the IND will authorizes the Dutch diplomatic or consular representation in pulling the MVV after the alien has had the opportunity to spend.
