No photo tonight: I ate it all. 1/2 rock cornish hen, stuffed with lemons. Carrots tossed with melted butter and thyme, then packed around the chicken in the roasting pan. Broccoli, steamed, lemon juice and butter. Left over mashed potatoes. Dessert: sliced orange cranberry walnut tea bread & butter; mulled cider with cinnamon, fresh nutmeg, and one of the orange peels left over from the tea bread recipe. I am replete.
