No sleep. Tired. Crick in my neck. Desire to pull covers over my head. Dog with an upset stomach. These are all things I dealt with this morning. Needless to say all of them left me wanting to skip my workout. Yep, I just wasnt feeling it this morning. I contemplated skipping it. I thought about just stretching a bit (*cough* 5 minutes). I thought about just putting it off till later (never would have happened). Then I thought about how important my health is to me and my family, and how my workout is only 30 minutes. Seriously, Jac, you were going to skip out on 30 minutes of improving yourself? We all have those days. We all have things that cause us to want to pull the covers over our heads and tell our workouts peace out. But when we remember that we MATTER, we have VALUE, and we are WORTH IT, our perspective changes. Our health isnt just important to us. It is important to the ones we love too. We matter to them. They need us to be at our best. So, investing 30 minutes a day to keeping our bodies healthy and strong is worth it every time.
