No time for training? No more excuses! Try this time efficent, high intense, total body circuit training! Only 5 easy exercises ;) 30-30 sec each exercises, 1 min rest after a round, if you need 10 sec rest between the exercices! 4-5 rounds. Modifictions knees on the floor, and feel free to skip the jumps...with warmup-dyn strech & cool d-static strech not more than 30 min, even less... Enjoy! Go hard! Feel the burn!
