No weights to use? Use your own body weight to gain strength and increase your metabolism. Tricep dips are one of my go-to moves I do myself and use in my strength and Insanity Live classes. For me this is my favorite type of workout and how I am gaining my strength back after surgery and 2 months off. Will I be ready for Max:30 in a week...I am soooo excited for this program.
