No wonder we are rated as the worst airport in the world. I personally experienced it on april 2 when we departed for hong kong in terminal 3. Disorderly queueing, security do not know how to implement order to the passengers, palakasan system for those with pets at the gate, no queue for senior citizens, disable and with toddlers, the guards do not accept feedback and to think they all possess nc2 certificates as qualified security guards. It is like terminal 3 departure area is guarded by the keystine cops. They only listened when I raised my voice. Probably size intimidation. Hehehe. Hope they can improve their service providers.
