Noam Chomsky speaks at MIT about the most recent Gaza war. Few major points: 1- this is a pattern where every single time Israel has a (manufactured) pretext to launch attacks on Gaza. 2- the bigger question is not Israels safety behind these attacks, but rather keeping Gaza in poverty and misery. 3- Israels safety is not at stakes because Israel has a superior military force and could retaliate wherever it wants.
