Nobody is safe from deviation, continuously ask Allaah for steadfastness! Shaykh al-Fawzan (Hafidhullaah) Explanation of Sharh-us-Sunnah pg.33 A Person should always ask Allaah for steadfastness even if he knows the truth, acts according to it and believes in it. He should not feel secure from deviation and temptation. As trials can afflict him and as a result, he may stray from the path of Allaah. يَا مُقَلِّبَ الْقُلُوبِ ثَبِّتْ قَلْبِى عَلَى دِينِكَ Yaa Muqallibal Quloob Thabbit Qalbee ‘alaa Deenik. “Oh turner of the hearts (Allah, the Most High), keep our hearts firm on your religion“ [Authenticated by al-Albanee in al-Jaami as-Sagheer 1323/7988]
