Nobody told me it would be this difficult to find out information on accommodation from Kisumu Hotels. I find that finding accommodation in Entebbe is so easy, all hotels have websites with good information concerning charges and when you send emails, somebody actually responds. I have been trying to find some good accommodation in Kisumu for the last week in vain. All searches lead me to inquiry forms which I have filled by the dozen without getting any feedback. When I google the hotel, they dont show the charges and I am left to wonder, do I make this trip? And if I do, will I have to go and knock on these hotel doors blindly in order to find out how much they are charging and also whether they have accommodation? Imagine even the lady who responded to my email from Sunset Hotel couldnt give me their telephone number. Why are these Kisumu hotels so secretive? Somebody help, who knows a hotel in Kisumu with decent accommodation and pocket friendly charges and which has an actual telephone line I can call. I am tired of these online searches that produce no results.
