Nommy dinner recipe: Okay, so I was inspired by a recipe in Taste of Home book, but I of course had to add my own twist... WAGON TRAIN PASTA - WITH ZUCCHINI 3 cups of wagon wheel or other fun shaped pasta (one box) 1/2 tsp salt 1 clove minced garlic pepper 1 lb of browned lean hamburger meat 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese 1 jar spaghetti sauce (your choice) 1 cup grated zucchini Cook pasta according to directions brown meat and drain add garlic, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese stir in spaghetti sauce add zucchini serve over pasta The grated zucchini adds great texture and of course, nutrients! Happy dinner!
