Non, Je ne regrette rien!!! I love the synchronicities of life ... I was just telling someone at an annual Christmas party Saturday night, that I had NO regrets about walking away from a 20 year career in Law Enforcement to take care of my mother when she got sick. It didnt make the most financial sense, but I did it anyway It wasnt easy, but I did it anyway It scared me to death, but I did it anyway Even through the toughest of times, the darkest of moments, I never regretted my decision to put my family first. Today.....Im going through some of my moms stuff and find her old albums. Edith Piaf Je ne regrette rien! (recordings of live performances 1955 & 1962) Piaf was one of her FAVES.... I remember being a kid and hearing my mom sing along in French while playing these albums on her huge stereo console As I enjoyed this youtube version of the song, Im thinking of my mom, and Im reminded to live with NO regrets.
