Non-coders, just keep on scrolling. I have become dependent on syntax highlighting when I work. Sometimes Eclipse decides to stop highlighting my code, and my only response can be to shut it down and start it up again. Color-coding just makes things easier for me to understand. I never even considered the possibility of semantic highlighting. But when I looked at the image on this page (the second one down), I think I became an instant convert. Being able to tell apart my variable and function names by color just makes SO MUCH SENSE. Has anyone out there had a chance to try something like this?
