None of the drivers in Juba, South Sudan is respecting the rules - TopicsExpress

None of the drivers in Juba, South Sudan is respecting the rules of the darling traffic light recently install in Juba City. Police and ministers including president s drivers are on top of those breaching rules. When president or ministers car come by the traffic light, even when the traffic light is red on their side, people of green light side must stop and let the President or whatever minister pass before anybody else. For this reason, Jubas road traffic is still control by traffic police whistling at drivers like soccer s coach. Ministers let everyone stop by the road even when theyre not on duty, just a simple visit to fellow minister or friends house. Polices cars on other side are running in the centre of the road, doubling up lanes. Is South Sudan survived by anarchists? Where is the damn minister of road and transport to apply the rules and educate drivers about the new traffic light in town?
