Noone should need anything like this because in all constitutions and human rights one of the first articles always is that all men (is the legal term word here men, man, mankind, men and women or what ?, source of grey-area idiotism of course) are to be considered equal in their legal rights and opportunities. The problem is that noone obeys the most obvious laws, especially noone gives a shit about those fundamental first 3 (roughly) articles almost anywhere in the world where a constitution and human rights exists. And all these percentage rules (daily discussion here in Germany) for hiring women, disabled, minorities in general are strictly speaking again exactly a violation of these fundamental statutes in the constitution. Example: 10 applicants for a Job as a Boeing 747 captain, and 9 men applied and 1 woman. Trade unions or else percentage rule might say, each time 30% women, Hindus or whatever minority might have been included in that specific percentage regulation might have to be hired. And that is total and illegal bullshit, firstly when making these percentage rules they will of course again intentionally forget some other minorities which they dont like (besides the fact that millions of minorities could be arbitrarily defined or made up, like a fictious political party The nose pickers, The tie-deniers, The brown-nosers - oh, no shit, the latter is a giant majority, so what are we going to do with these, democratically speaking - or so) and secondly it is extremely dangerous bullshit because the airline cannot hire the best pilot. As a result here in Germany for instance a lot of idiots have firstly corruptly (how else would they get jobs here ?) captured even professorships and then most cynically drawn their partners, buddies etc. into the same faculty where I am not sure if those partner- professors arent really nothing but taxi drivers (men and women) and they have sometimes drawn their (completely incompetent) buddies into reputable offices in ivy league Universities corruptly and criminally exactly abusing those percentage hiring rules. Total and illegal bullshit: The better pilot (or whatever profession) should get the job, no matter what gender, color, race, religion ... (and those words are in more or less any constitution) and the pay has to be the same of course, simple as that. And a specialty in humane societies should naturally be that hardships are respected and or compensated (e.g. someone breaks a leg and cannot work for a while, someone has a baby and cannot work for a while etc. - animals are slightly different, as the weaker get eaten up in natures jungles but even there often mothers or injured are protected by the family ). These governments here all break openly their own constitution on a daily basis and then they are most cynically trying to compensate some of their selected buddies by breaking the constitution in exactly the same way again and hence maximizing their criminal energy by having their former crimes pseudo-legalized through the corrupt backing by their selected buddy-minorities on invitation to constitution-violating privileges over other minorities which they do not like. Do you catch their cynical perverted thinking from my description ?? Please dont pick up on it but be warned of it, no-one ever would believe that until suffered from these cynical criminal mentally perverted ancient dictator-hypnotized terrorist beasts with hollow minds yourself (and I am not talking about Arabs here).
