Nope. I still prefer the Dalton theorem : he keeps on all this time and through so many faces because he is really a Timelord working for MI-6 ( oh, and yes, he is a Celestial Intervention Agency/Shadow Proclamation/Paradox Faction multiple plant ). Just you watch : the next Rassilon will be either Pierce Brosnan or Sean Connery. Or the next Bond will be David Tennant or Christopher Eccleston ( Ecclescakes certainly is just rugged enough to believably follow Daniel Craigs rough and tumble realistic SAS lead, and dear David would make a nice return to a dapper bond with just a hint of Daltons ruthless edge ).
