Normally, I am inclined to censor some of my opinions and perceptions because, honestly, I dont find it beneficial to just throw out what I think about everything all the time. But this week, a topic hit my heart with a lot of weight and I did some crying. If you have not heard what is happening in Murrieta, California, I will post a link in the comments below so you can be informed. In short, there are groups of individuals who have been protesting issues revolving around illegal immigrant children being allowed into the country. From what I have seen and first hand accounts from my friend Pedro Valdez, a disgusting amount of racism and hatred is coming from a group of people who claim to be followers of Christ. While there are several issues revolving around this issue, I am not going to jump into them all....I just want to talk a little about humanity and remind you that WE ARE ALL beings of ONE EARTH. We are in this TOGETHER, no matter what imaginary line (what we call a border) you might be across. Have we forgotten what it means to be human? Have we closed our hearts to the point of hating and demonizing one another? More thoughts in this video.... WE ARE ONE!
