Norman Foster & Frank Gehry Reveal the Battersea Power Stations Interiors Turning London’s decommissioned coal-fired power station into a multipurpose community, architects Norman Foster and Frank Gehry reveal their preliminary look at the residential spaces in the Battersea Power Station. Spread across a variety of buildings that surround a pedestrianized promenade named the ‘”Electric Boulevard,” this project will include 103 affordable homes, a doctor’s clinic, a commercial gym, a 167-room hotel, and a range of shops, cafés and restaurants. Although still a few years away from completion, we’re excited to see the effect Battersea Power Station will have on London’s creative community.
