Norman Schwarzkopf... Do what is right, not what you think the high headquarters wants or what you think will make you look good. Being a person of integrity means we are not testing the wind of popular opinion, but we are standing on the rock solid principles of our own life. Doing what is right is a result of knowing your personal core values and being true to them. Dont follow the crowd when the crowd is going in the wrong direction. Set your course by the North Star of your vision and faith. No job is worth sleepless nights and compromised character. Remember this, at the end of the day you need to live with you.
