Norman wrote--I am a 73 year old disable individual who is also a veteran. I lost my right leg just above the knee min 2007 after a knee replacement that went bad.. Due to the size of my thigh and the angle of the end of my stump I am unable to wear a prosthesis. I hunt and fish and have a left hand accelerator in my jeep. I am in a power wheelchair because of shoulder problems. I lost my wife of 38 years to cancer in May of this year. I was devastated. I am trying to get back into the swing of things and start dating again but find all the women I meet will not look past my wheelchair. I am getting so confused I really dont know which way is up. My neices say I am loads of fun and have an amazing personality but I dont know. Have any of you out there had a similar problem?
