North Carolina U.S. Senate race. The following video is fairly long so I dont really expect you to watch the whole thing but this is an example of whats become of our state. This leading GOP contender believes evolution is nonsense (no surprise there) and claims Planned Parenthood would approve of killing babies up to three months old -- after theyre born! First of all, anyone who still thinks evolution is nonsense is flat out stupid. The science was accepted over a century ago; it is only our religious zealots who still cant deal with it. That said, why would an intelligent person expect anything else from this guy to be rational? Another religious nut with home schooled children (wouldnt want them exposed to real science when 2500 year old Jewish texts explain the real universe eh?) full of nutty ideas... and hes a leading contender from North Carolina for the U.S. Senate?
