North East Sno X, Hillclimb & Cross Country Series This newsletter has important information for the new race season “Come Celebrate our 11th Year in Sno X” NEWSLETTER Kingsbury, NY --- The North East leading snowmobile racers will again display their colorful machines, competitive talents and driving skills at Area 51 Sno X Snocross track in Kingsbury, New York, with 2 new snow guns & bigger generator at the track will be bigger and better than ever, We are planning on making the track 50 foot wide and bigger & more technical, Attention racers: The North East Sno X Series will finalize our 2014 Race Schedule in the next week. We are looking forward to another great racing season come celebrate 9 Years @ Area 51 Sno X, Entry forms can be downloaded from the web site @ snox1 Web Site Registration Info: Everyone should register for the Web Site snox1 . When you enter into the Web Site At the very top of the page it will say Register Here; you will then register all your information for Racer Profiles and Web Site Access. The registration process will be delayed between the hours of 9pm to 8am. Newsletter sign up should accompany the member registration. To ensure newsletter receipt, you must enter your information on the bottom left of the home page. Do not forget to do so, you might miss important information. New for 2014 Race season 1. We Have formed a Member Racing Board for our circuits. This is in effort to improve our sport in all areas. There will be a Board of Racing Members. Members must be part of the circuit and either be a team owner, team mgr. or Racing Parent. This is a volunteer opportunity. We are looking for those who are positive, objective; safety minded and above all, has the best interest of the sport in mind. RACE CLASS ENTRY FEE DEADLINES All racers must enter by Web Site/E-mail snox1 or info@snox1 or by Fax by 8.00pm (Friday) (518)-747-2700 There will be on site registration at any events from 7-9am. There is no class additions or deletions permitted after the race entry deadline. Please read the entry form carefully, print neatly and check off appropriate race classes. Check website for more details snox1 Employment: Anyone looking for work this season contact us we have work for you. 2014 POINTS SYSTEM All racers will receive points in all classes they enter; to be eligible for year end awards you must race 4 races to receive year end points, All points will be totaled at end of race day and posted on web site. GENERAL INFORMATION TO START RACING This newsletter provides you with the basic information to start the race season including your 2014 membership form. You will receive detailed information on race events, hotel accommodations, manufacturer contingency programs, entry forms, etc., in your membership kit, after you become a 2014 NESNOX member. All racers are required to purchase a 2014 NESNOX annual membership. Your new membership will permit you to participate at NESNOX affiliated or sanctioned events. The annual membership costs are as follows: Season Membership $60.00 (Before December 1ST) Season Membership $80.00 (After December 1ST) Weekend Membership will be $40.00 Reminder: Read the information on the back side of your entry forms carefully and Acknowledge Sign In locations for Waivers and Pit Passes. Also be aware of Race Entry DEADLINES. This year we will be offering $5.00 off per class if you PRE Register by Friday before the race at 8:00 pm. If you don’t Pre Register before Friday the cost will be $30.00 & a $5.00 Late Charge ***ALSO MEMBERSHIPS WILL BE $50.00 Before Dec 1ST *(THERE WILL BE NO WEEKEND MEMBERSHIPS) “RACER OF THE YEAR” “Racer Of The Year” will win complimentary membership and entry fees for a one Race Season. Competitors from the Trail Sport, Sport, Semi-Pro and Pro divisions will all be eligible to win. Racers will accumulate points at each NESNOX race event.
