North University Park residents, watch out! Parking is already tight. It will become even more so. As usual the city has approved this project and other similar ones with inadequate parking. Spillover parking will inevitably impact the residential area to the north called North University Park. This area is already impacted by USC “tram” lines winding through the neighborhood. Since there are no parking restrictions in the area, except for the usual no parking restrictions on sweep days, the area is used by commuter students who park for free, get on a “tram” (actually full sized busses) and are whisked off to the USC campus.
