North West (MARIKANA) MUNICIPALITIES are found to be South Africas worst Municipalities without Proper management systems, sound financial management, without Knowledgeable Personnel and better technologies. Workers are not educated enough. An uneducated worker destroy worse than what he Build. This are the countries worse Municipalities and Madibeng is a Champion of all Corrupt Municipalities. Here there are no tenders but a Budget is allocated and shared amongst officials. At times money is returned back to Public Treasury without being used. Local Government 2014 Audit Report shows that North West Municipalities are the worst in South Africa. The Auditor General Noted : - Non compliance, - Poor quality of annual statements - Excessive use of consultants with no skills transfer - Poor Information technology controls with no improvement - Lack of consequences for poor performance and transgressions, such as Councils not taking action - Key positions vacant or key officials lacking appropriate competencies - And slow response by political leadership and management, in addressing the root causes of poor audit outcome. This are all results of Poor development in the Province. Here children die in cholera like in Bloemhf where dirty water consumption is normal. There is a need to deploy Extremely educated Cadres with skills and Knowledge to transform the Province through is High Platinum Proceeds.
