North of Scotland Chartered Financial planning firm, Mackenzie Investment Strategies Ltd, are opening a new office at Gairland Interspace Business Centre in Fochabers. The new office will be staffed by Financial Planner Stewart Mackay and Intermediary Relationship Manager Grant McPhee. Stewart, who lives in Mosstodloch, will provide financial planning to new and existing clients in the area. Grant who has worked in Moray over the last 25 years will promote the client focused services of the firm to local intermediaries. Mackenzie Investment Strategies Ltd employ 12 staff and are headquartered in Inverness. They are one of only 2 Chartered Financial Planning Firms based in the North of Scotland and provide life-long financial planning to a range of clients across the Region. Chartered status is only awarded by The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) to the top firms which meet the strict criteria relating to professional qualifications, capability and the highest standards of ethical practice. Managing Director Duncan Mackenzie said “ We have created 6 new jobs in the last 18 months as we have seen the number of clients needing our high quality service grow significantly. I am delighted to be opening our new offices in Fochabers to enable clients and intermediaries across Moray to access our Chartered Financial Planning service.”
