With his floppy ears, brindle coat, purple tongue, and small size ( only about 35-40#) this 1 year old boy is very lovey and friendly. He was found stray in a terrible area, and needs rescue now. If you can foster..contact a reputable rescue group directly and immediately. All fosters and adoptions must go through legitimate rescues.
