Northern Oklahoma College hasn’t seen a new addition to their housing in over 50 years, so when administrators decided to build new dorms for fall 2015, they asked students what they wanted. The result? A $5 million, modern, energy efficient structure with walk-in closets, a large lobby, student lounge, laundry and vending areas, study rooms and a dual recreation room/storm shelter designed to FEMA standards.
