Northside Divas faced off against CVAS Devils in last Saturday’s 11/12 years final. The skill of players in these two teams has skyrocketed to a whole new level over the course of the season, with great technique and ball movement displayed on both sides. CVAS player Chloe Ford showed off her great defensive skills by pulling in a number of intercepts, while teammate Maddie Vidler proved her worth through a show of excellent feeding into the shooting circle. Northside also unveiled the talents of a few skilled players during this match, with Natasha Moore displaying her best on-court smarts and Grace Ellis using her learned skills to be a great defensive addition to the team. Teams went back and forth, with bouts of energy turning the tides of the game, but in the end the Divas brought the game home with a score of 18-13 with a cheer.
