Northwest All-Employee Meeting at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 21 Northwest Missouri State University employees will gather at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 21, in the Ron Houston Center for the Performing Arts for the University’s annual Fall All-Employee Meeting. Media also are invited to attend. The meeting will feature Muriel Howard, president of the American Association of State Colleges and Universities, discussing trends and key issues related to higher education and calls to action for Northwest. Northwest also will announce a major gift to the University during the meeting. Additionally, the meeting will include remarks by Northwest President Dr. John Jasinski, reflections on Northwest accomplishments during the 2012-2013 academic year, an outline of the University’s strategic initiatives for the upcoming year and a welcoming of new employees. The meeting is expected to conclude about 10 a.m.
