Norton says that its too many citizens jailed for no wrong in our system. People go to our local magistrate office and commit perjury under oath and then fail to appear to prosecute cases. People bring a false allegation in our small claims, civil, and criminal courts and later a defendant is acquitted. Norton says he experience this wrong behavior of others.
