Norwegian Salmon is always a much desired fish type, however the regular price at most retail stores doesnt allow for us to indulge very often. A kg could cost around R219/kg at most stores. We decided to mark our FRESH Norwegian Salmon portions at R149/kg. Our salmon is air freighted from Norway (via a supplier in Cape Town) twice a week. There is a distinct difference between FRESH & previously frozen Norwegian Salmon. Fresh can be identified by its bright orange color as opposed to a pale color. 100% suitable for Sushi.
