*Nosey Update* Over the weekend Nosey was located while giving rides at a Florida flea market. Thanks to the collaboration of activists, we were able to obtain valuable information that supports our calls for USDA intervention. To best serve Nosey, we need to continue urging the USDA to deny renewal of Noseys license. Please call Dr. Gipson and urge him to deny renewal of Nosey the elephants USDA license 58-C-0288. Heres the message: It is imperative that USDA denies renewal of Noseys USDA license 58-C-2088 which is set to expire January 2015. Each of the nearly 200 citations separately might not be so significant but for any one individual to amass that many violations suggests that Noseys owner chooses not to accept responsibilities inherent to holding a license.
