The companySuitys and lawyers from both sides would never be happy: Spiderman only had 3. 2 seconds of screen time in scene 4! Iron man/Tony stark cant get punched by Spiderman! etc... (Not to mention the splitting of Toy line & marketing rights. Secondly: The whole plot revolves around registering the Heroes SECRET identities to the government & Public, Well, in the marvel cinematic universe so far, Whos identity is Secret???? Iron Man, Captain America, Hawk eye, Thor, Blackwidow, Dr. Banner/Hulk and Stephen Strange, Wanda, Pedro or Guardians of the Galaxy? Get my point??? And, any new character from the comics hasnt been introduced yet, so the average movie going public wouldnt know or care about them or their secret identities! so at this time, I dont see it happining. Nice fantasy though.
