Not a bad workout today at the gym. Took it kinda easy and then tomorrow will probably be my last day of anything so I can rest up for saturday! Hope to see u all out there at scheels sat morning! WOD - 6/4/13 (SS1) EMOM (10 min) 1) BB clean: 3 x 185# 2) Pushups: 5 --> finished (SS2) EMOM (10 min) 1) BB deadlift: 5 x 225# 2) Pullups: 3 --> finished (SS3) 3 RFT 1) BB Push jerk: 10 x 135# 2) Double unders: 50 --> 12:00 My new rope finally came in the mail today so I get to test it out tomorrow!! Nice! Hope everybody sleeps well and gets some much needed rest! Bakes
