Not a big deal, but hoping to inspire someone else... My husband - TopicsExpress

Not a big deal, but hoping to inspire someone else... My husband and I moved here 2 years ago and couldnt help but notice all the homeless people everywhere-I didnt really want to constantly hand out money and many times money was tight since our family of 4 lives on 1 income. So when we have extra $, I have been buying the big progresso soup cans at the 99 cent store and have taped a spoon to each can. When I see someone who is homeless I can now reach quickly in the bag I keep up front in the car and give them something to eat. If they can warm it up ( many make little fires to keep warm at night) it might be their only hot meal -and its so easy for me to do.Again, not a big deal, but something that almost anyone can do on any budget :)
