Not a dog friendly Isle of Man pub (obviously!!), but if anyone is travelling to/from the Island via Heysham and is looking for somewhere for lunch before/after the sailing, we can recommend the Hest Bank Inn in Hest Bank, just outside Morecambe. Only about ten minutes from Heysham Port, the pub has a dog friendly bar (also has two large dining rooms that dont allow dogs so theres no frowns from people who dont like dogs in the same room as theyre eating in), lovely staff and great food. Its located right on the canal so as long as theyre not too packed out theyre happy enough to allow people who have dined with them to leave their cars in the pub car park (do ask first though!) whilst taking the dog for a leg stretch down the canal path.
