Not a happy camper right now. Spent a considerable amount of money to get my car detailed for my grandson to use for the prom. My car made it through the wash with a missing piece off of the rack on the roof. Now, I thought I saw it leave the wash to the detail area with the piece on it, but when I claimed the vehicle, it was missing. Manager and workers said it must have come off in the wash, but they could not find the item. Not even in the trench below. This leads me to believe someone working there has acar like mine and needed the part. In essence, I was told the part must not have been on the car when I took it to them. Their manager treated me as if I were making false accusations, and the workers are all sticking to their stories. Now I have to replace the part at my own expense and I feel scammed. This is a BBB, top rated company, who I feel has a problem with handling customer service in a responsible way. Just another one of lifes lessons,and yet, I dont think Ill ever trust them again! Hmmmm!
