Not a link I like to use often but in this case they do list a lot of the variables and conditions in this scenario. But IMO .. neither they nor any other media source that has discussed this has dwelled enough on the MOST IMPORTANT TIDBIT. This is not about Racial Profiling but the Race Hustlers are claiming that it is .. its not about Excessive Use of Force but the Race Hustlers and even some otherwise logical people are claiming that it is. Watch the short video at this link and you will see what is the most important point. That is .. when the cops must make an arrest and the subject does not want to be arrested and says leave me the Hell alone .. and resists .. then WTF are the cops expected to do .. walk off and forget it? Options here were firearm .. taser .. or physical takedown. How many Libs does it take to change a light bulb? Fewer than the number of cops needed to take down a belligerent 6 4, 350 pound man with 31 arrests who is currently on parole and says he will not be taken in. Some might say that the cops should have come back later and arrested him when he was in a better mood .. but those same folks are also likely to tell you that we can learn to get along with Islamic Terrorists if we just sit down and have a cup of tea and discuss the issues with them. Some might say that the man should not have been arrested .. that his offense (which he had been repeatedly warned to not commit) was a non-violent one. Will those same people say this for other non-violent crimes .. like forgery, burglary, or larceny when the victim does not yet know that their property has been stolen? Eric Garner died for the same reason Mike Brown died .. because he resisted arrest .. that is the MOST (and the ONLY) IMPORTANT TIDBIT here!
