Not a single indictment. Not even Mike Helm. However, they did make sure to fail to mention that Rex Duncan was fully prepared to file perjury charges against John Singer....until they came in and took the case away from him and gave it to someone who wouldnt. For the record, it was Dan Delozier who went around telling everyone that Helm would be indicted. I guess good old Dan was wrong. Even my sources thought he was right. Most of us believed he would have been from the start. The only leak my own sources received was a blocked call from a man who wouldnt identify himself claiming to be associated with the MCGJ, who apologized in advance for the fact that they werent going to look into a single allegation against Walton, his department, his boys, or any LE allegations that had been turned in. Period. That was in late June/Early July. So much for flocking to the AG like he was Jesus, and so much for secret proceedings. Worst kept secret in the state.
