Not all governments are governments in reality. A government ceases to be a govenment at the point it fails to perform the primary function of a functional goverment - protection of lives and properties. But the government will continue to exist until when the people are ready to remove it through election. Our present government is one that will soon budget for how many peoples Bokoharam will kill and how many girls and women will be carried into captivity.Today the Pdp government now budget for oil theft and consider crude theft as mere stealing and not corruption.If only we can made a better choice to confront this cabal once and for all.lets think straight and consider winning formula.TFP
