Not being facetious anymore. Im reading some serious posts of folk being stuck in traffic for 4+ hours and children stuck at schools as we speak. Its making news up here. Did the forecasters predict the winter storm accurately? If so, why didnt the city shut down? Im very aware that Atlanta doesnt have ample equipment and materials to de-ice roads quickly. Whats happening is the perfect scenario for traffic horror.
