Not being one for so called whiners, moaners and complainers I decided to make a video REMINDING people of exactly WHY they actually WANT to lose weight and feel great See, anyone in the world can actually LOSE weight. Just DONT eat and youll lose weight right??.... Theres a little thing called Juice (insert math symbol here) That springs to mind ;-p But thing is, thats NOT gunna make you feel great in the long term (or short term really). After all, what good is thinner version of you, if your exhausted, weak, emotional and fed up? Does NOT sound appealing right? So the idea is NEVER starve yourself! Or use a shake to replace a meal Fill your body full of NUTRIENT DENSE foods like good quality grass fed meat, organic eggs, Fresh fruits and vegetables, and good fats like nuts and seeds, Olive oil, Grass fed butter and Oily fish (salmon/mackral/Herring) Be adventurous by using as many herbs and spices you can find too! They have GREAT benefits! Believe me your body will thank you for it. Now thats all well and good me saying that, but If your MOTIVATION is lacking, then you need a kick up the ass right SO IVE DONE A VIDEO ON THIS!
