Not counting today November 4 is 26 days away. On that Tuesday we will have the opportunity to exercise our right to vote for those persons we feel will represent our best interests at the highest levels of our governance. We also get to choose those at state and local levels as well. Those on the right will turn out as they always do in record numbers. Those who identify as independents will vote one side or the other as I have not seen any independent candidates on my ballot information. Those of us on the left will turn out to vote, but if the talking heads are correct it will be in numbers insufficient to make a difference....EVERYONE NO MATTER WHAT VIEW T TTYOU HOLD: If you actually believe in your values that you espouse...VOTE!!! And promote that idea to those who share your views!!! Offer to drive someone shut in to the nearby polls!!! This is an especially important mid-term election as it will allow our President to actually govern if the Dems retain their Senate lead and retake the house.....or......if the Reps take the Senate we will have a two year period of WORSE than the last six years of obstructionism. Youll notice Im not asking you to vote one way or another.....JUST...PLEASE. ..VOTE!!!
