Not declaring I am running, but lets face it I could do a much better job than the current occupant. I also pledge to never put my foot on this historic desk like the current occupant has. But seriously how hard is it to see the basic things we need to do in the US. We need to secure the border and expel those who have invaded our country illegally. Go after Americas domestic energy supply, oil and coal reserves as well as build refineries (something we have not done since the 1970s) to reduce energy costs. Reduce government red tape and regulation for business to get the economy going. To abolish the current insane tax code and go to a low flat tax or the fair tax that everyone participates in. To restore the rule of law and constitutional principles as well as constitutionally protected rights that are now infringed upon. To rein in wild government spending and growth. To restore the ability for our military to fight wars to win them and do away with the insane rules of engagement which favor the enemy. To prosecute those in government who have abused their power using the tools of government against the American people. I can go on and on about the common sense things that anyone with a brain can see needs to be done ASAP, sadly none of them are being done now. This is just a partial list but it would not be a bad platform to run on.
